MEETINGS

Meetings of the Bennitt-Duke Camp are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at the Bennett Place State Historic Site in Durham. The Address is 4409 Bennett Memorial Road, Durham, NC 27704. The Phone number at the site is 919-383-4345. The meetings commence at 6:30 p.m. and last for approximately 2 hours.

The public is invited to attend. Fellowship and camp business are generally followed by a featured guest who gives a talk of historical interest.

Presentations, to name a few, have covered such topics as "Civil War Medicine", "North Carolina's Confederate Uniforms", "A Collection of Excavated Relics" and "Gravesites of Confederate Generals".
